Join us in making a difference through the power of data.Role OverviewAs a Strategic Account Director at Squadron Data, you are accountable for building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners within the Snowflake ecosystem, sourcing and acquiring new customers, and managing the overall relationship for accounts within your territory. This role demands a successful track record creating and executing territory development strategies, team-based selling, navigating complex sales cycles, and building strategic relationships with decision makers and champions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for Snowflake teams in your territory as the trusted advisor to support their prospects and clients succeed with new use casesGain an in-depth understanding of the entire data landscape to be able to provide tailored solutions as to how Squadron Data can support existing and prospective Snowflake customersTake accountability for the Squadron Data brand by fostering long-term partnerships with Snowflake & supporting technologies to establish yourself as a trusted partner within the consulting ecosystemDrive and execute lead generation activities to grow market share and awareness of Squadron Data within your regionQualifications:2 years of sales experience within the cloud, data, or AI sectors, ideally within the Snowflake ecosystem.Expertise in the modern data landscape, including cloud services, AI, and data engineering solutionsExperience in co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, ETL tools, BI tools, etc..) is a strong plusExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teamsProven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-value deals, with an aptitude for turning deals into long-term clients of Squadron DataWillingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend eventsPreferred locations: Colorado and surrounding markets (Denver, Utah, Arizona, San Francisco, etc.)What Will Set You Apart:Strong business acumen with a “hustler” mentality—proactive in identifying new opportunities and bringing creative solutions to the tableExceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain the trust of clients and navigate complex customer dynamics at all levelsStrong ownership and accountability, always striving for operational excellence and taking initiative to exceed goalsA collaborative team player who aligns with internal teams to achieve shared successExecutive presence - confident and articulate in meetings with senior leaders, able to influence decision-making and drive positive outcomesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, remaining agile and focused on delivering resultsBenefits:Competitive salary and incentive opportunityComprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision.401(k) PlanFlexible time off
