ABOUT THE ROLE As Strategic Assistant to Peter Philippou (Reflo's Co-Founder & CEO), you’ll work side-by-side with Peter across Reflo’s global business — sitting in on senior meetings, managing follow-ups, and ensuring ideas become action at the earliest opportunity. You’ll be the link between strategy and execution — turning conversations, opportunities, and meetings into outcomes that drive business growth at the highest level. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-moving, high-travel environment, juggling everything from strategic projects to essential admin. It’s a role for someone who learns by doing — with a front-row seat to how a start-up grows into a global brand, and be a pivotal part in making it happen. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Support & Commercial Insight Shadow the CEO in high-level meetings across sports team partnerships, investors, ambassadors, and the Reflo leadership team. Capture key actions, ensure follow-through, and manage post-meeting coordination. Support commercial projects, preparing research, summaries, and briefing documents. Analyse opportunities and help prioritise business decisions. Communication & Relationship Management Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO with clarity and tone awareness. Build trusted relationships across the leadership team and key partners. Assist in managing the CEO’s social media activity in partnership with the CEO and the Marketing team. Represent Reflo and the CEO with professionalism and brand confidence. Growth & Development Take ownership of projects that accelerate your learning — from market analysis to partnership support. Join business trips and client meetings to understand the inner workings of scaling a global brand. Learn directly from Reflo’s founders, building the skills to lead a business in the future. Operational & Administrative Leadership Manage the CEO’s schedule & travel. Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proactively identify inefficiencies and find smarter ways to operate. ABOUT YOU You’re ambitious, commercially sharp, and eager to build something big. You’re the kind of person who listens closely, learns fast, and can turn half a conversation into an actionable plan. You probably want to lead a company one day, and this is where you learn the ropes. ESSENTIALS Early in your career (2–5 years’ experience) — hungry, curious, and ready to grow. Entrepreneurial — a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments. Commercially minded — able to connect business discussions to real-world impact. Exceptionally organised — able to manage multiple priorities and details simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful — you don’t wait for instruction; you anticipate needs. Confident communicator — articulate, professional, and emotionally intelligent. Flexible — some days will require long hours for deadlines to be met, but we don’t overwork people. Travel-ready — comfortable with non-traditional hours and international travel. This isn’t a job on the road but global travel will be at least 5 days per month.
