Our LiDAR enables autonomous driving in the next-generation vehicles of leading companies such as VW.Innoviz Supply Chain team is leading the Production, Procurement, Logistics and Planning. We are looking for a talented Strategic Buyer to lead and manage the commercial relationship with Innoviz’ s direct strategic suppliers. This includes but is not limited to, supplier sourcing, qualification, terms and conditions execution, negotiating pricing and suppliers’ relationship management.ResponsibilitiesLocate new sources of supply (Optics and Mechanics)Work closely with the Stakeholders to help steer the selection to preferred suppliers and utilize this leverage to obtain the most competitive pricingManage supplier long term readiness/capacity to support INVZ demands Negotiate agreements by analyzing supplier quotations and termsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliersConduct supplier performance evaluations (KPI/Score cards ) / supplier assessments (QBR)RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer/Commodity ManagerExperience in leading contract drafting and E2E negotiations – MustFluent English, spoken and writtenProficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint Willing to travel abroad (up to 25% of the time) – MustTechnical understanding in Mechanical/Optical segments- AdvantageExperience in ERP (Priority) - Advantage2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain roles - AdvantageAbility to work effectively and independently under pressureDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks and needs of internal and external customers
