We are looking for a strategically minded and visually articulate Strategic Execution Analyst to join the P&C Reinsurance Executive Office team. In this role, you will help shape and communicate the strategic direction of our global P&C Reinsurance business – developing content and translating complex topics into clear, compelling storylines that inform decision-making and inspire action.About The RoleYou will work closely with senior BU leaders, helping to structure and synthesize diverse information into focused insights and high-quality presentation materials. Your ability to turn data into stories, structure ambiguity, and highlight what truly matters will be key to success.This role also offers strong exposure across Swiss Re, with opportunities to collaborate and build networks across P&C Re, as well as with Group Strategy and Group functions, ensuring alignment and coherence across the company’s strategic agenda.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate strategic insights that help shape the direction of the P&C Reinsurance business.Create clear, engaging storylines and high-impact presentation materials for senior management discussions, internal reviews, and executive updates.Structure complex topics — distilling diverse input and large amounts of data into concise, actionable strategies.Collaborate across the organization, building strong working relationships with Group Strategy, Finance, and other Group functions to ensure strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.Adapt and thrive in ambiguity, working effectively with both limited and extensive information to deliver meaningful insights.About The TeamP&C Reinsurance Executive Office is truly a global team, working with senior leaders across the P&C Reinsurance Business Unit to shape and deliver on our strategy.
