We are an IT services company with year-on-year growth and now looking to expand our team.As a Business Development Manager, you will be 100% client-focused and you will play an important part in helping Job line achieving its growth targets through delivering new business.One should possess experience in the IT staffing domain, with a proven track record in managing business models such as RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), MSP (Managed Services Provider), as well as staffing for Captive/Product Development and System Integration clients.Key Responsibilities: Required 3 to 5 years experience in Business Development.Lead generation and engagement.Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- LinkedIn, Facebook etcShould achieve daily quota of outbound calls.Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company services.Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targetsDiscuss and convey the advantages of the services & solution offeringMeet and exceed all monthly and annual sales quotas.Interested candidates can send their updated resumes to hello@ibroadsolutions.com
