Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Strategic Planning Analyst to join our corporate strategy team. The Strategic Planning Analyst will support the organization’s long-term strategic initiatives by conducting financial and operational analyses, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with leadership teams to shape strategic priorities and ensure alignment across departments. The ideal candidate combines data-driven problem-solving with strategic thinking and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of the company’s annual and long-term strategic plansConduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesEvaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and investments through financial modeling and scenario analysisAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess company performance and progress toward strategic goalsPrepare strategic presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior executives and board meetingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and translate insights into actionable strategiesMonitor and evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, recommending adjustments when neededConduct benchmarking studies to compare company performance against industry peersSupport special projects related to growth, transformation, and organizational developmentMaintain awareness of economic, market, and industry dynamics that impact the businessQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferredExperience2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or financial analysisStrong background in data analytics, market research, and business performance evaluationExperience supporting or managing strategic projects across multiple business unitsSkillsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearlyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable recommendationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborating across functionsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case developmentFamiliarity with strategic frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, or PESTLEKnowledge of ERP systems and corporate performance management toolsExposure to project management methodologies and toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and annual performance bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company contributionPaid time off and opportunities for learning and career growthA collaborative and growth-focused environment where strategic thinking drives impact
