Strategic Portfolio Management ConsultantWe’re recruiting an SPM Consultant to join a growing advisory firm helping organisations align technology, finance and business strategy. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and measurable value to complex environments, this could be a strong next step.You’ll work with medium and large enterprises across Western Europe, supporting end‑to‑end implementations, including solution design and tool configuration, while also further developing your own portfolio management, agile delivery, ITFM and transformation skills. You will be supporting one of the most respected SPM experts, working in a company that prioritises continuous learning and practical collaboration.What you’ll do: Assess current processes; design scalable SPM and agile portfolio solutions; lead or support full lifecycle implementations.Configure and customise portfolio and agile management platforms.Integrate tools with ERP systems, data platforms, Jira, Azure DevOps and others.Build dashboards and reporting for portfolio leaders, PMOs, product teams and executives.Support testing, go‑live activities and post‑launch improvements.Document configurations and integrations.What you’ll bring:Experience in a client‑facing consulting or advisory role, with first-class communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with SPM or EAP tools such as Planview, Planisware, ServiceNow, Jira Align, Targetprocess, Broadcom Clarity/Rally or MS Project Online/Server.Strong understanding of portfolio management and agile methodologies.Hands‑on experience with enterprise project or agile tools.Integration experience with platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.Knowledge of IBM's Apptio TBM suite (ApptioOne, Cloudability or Targetprocess) is a bonus, as is familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs or Postman.If you enjoy helping organisations align their investments, initiatives and resources directly with their high-level business strategy, ensuring that capital is allocated to the most valuable projects, we would love to hear from you.
