POSITION: Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Middle East, Africa, and South AsiaDEPARTMENT: Strategic SourcingLOCATION: Dubai, UAERole Outline:The Strategic Sourcing Analyst – MEA & South Asia will support strategic sourcing synergies and leveraging activities across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia markets. The role involves performing data-driven analysis and modeling across procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain functions, requiring strong capabilities in advanced analytics, statistical methods, and reporting tools.This is a fast-paced, multi-dimensional support role that enables the delivery of financial and operational benefits while ensuring compliance with the organization’s Strategic Sourcing policies and processes. The Analyst will also receive extensive training and coaching in hospitality, procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain principles.Key Responsibilities:Act as a member of the Corporate Strategic Sourcing Team and actively contribute to the strategic transformation of the function in MEA & South Asia, with a focus on data analytics, reporting tools, and systems.Gather, consolidate, organize, and analyze market-specific controllable spend data from multiple sources to identify synergies and leveraging opportunities.Support supply needs and research potential suppliers in the market.Assist in the preparation of e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and in project approvals, contracting, and reporting documentation.Analyze commercial proposals and evaluate potential sourcing agreements, including invoice savings, cost avoidance, and other financial and quality improvement opportunities.Maintain up-to-date tracking of vendor performance using data automation and prepare regular reports on contract utilization and other KPIs.Support pre-opening processes for new properties, including enrollment and onboarding into relevant platforms and tools.Maintain confidentiality of all procurement and sourcing information.Minimum Qualifications:Strong command of written and verbal business communication in English; knowledge of a second language (Arabic or French) is a plus.Minimum 3 years of experience consolidating, organizing, and analyzing large data sets.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, MS Access, Power BI, and other data management, analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields is
