You will lead initiatives that optimize the value chain with a strong focus on cost efficiency, resilience and flexibility. Your role will be key in ensuring high standards for CSR, quality and delivery performance in a dynamic and global supply setup.More specifically, you will be:Leading cross-functional category strategies and sourcing plans to align with business goals and drive long-term valueDriving end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance trackingManaging risks related to the supply base and contributing to the overall Sourcing Risk Management processDeveloping and implementing supplier engagement strategies to ensure reliability and long-term partnershipsIdentifying and executing cost-saving and value-creation initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliersYou can expect 20 to 35 travel days a year.This role gives you a unique opportunity to leave your mark on our sourcing strategy, where your insights help shape sourcing decisions that matter!Meet your future teamYou will become a part of the Electronics Direct Materials Sourcing team, consisting of 7 dedicated colleagues with expertise across technical, project and commercial areas.
