Based in Dubai, we’re shaping the next era of talent-driven brands and creative entrepreneurship.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Strategist Executive Level to help drive the next wave of creator-led ventures at Bottle Flip.This is a contract-based, hybrid role: part in-office collaboration, part remote deep-work - depending on the project.The Strategy Level Executive will work closely with leadership to translate big-picture ideas into actionable plans. You’ll analyze markets, shape go-to-market strategies, build revenue models, structure partnership opportunities, and help turn creative influence into scalable business outcomes. This role will touch multiple verticals: talent strategy, brand development, event strategy, new business initiatives, and partnership architecture.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, business thinking, and execution.What You'll doDevelop strategic frameworks for new creator-led projects, ventures, and partnershipsConduct market, audience, and competitive analysis to inform decision-makingBuild revenue models, growth roadmaps, and opportunity projectionsWork cross-functionally with creators, talent managers, marketing, and production teamsSupport senior leadership with strategic presentations and pitch decksEvaluate partnership opportunities and shape win-win collaboration structuresTurn creative ideas into well-defined plans, timelines, and execution roadmapsHelp optimize internal workflows, processes, and communication structuresMaintain a pulse on creator economy trends, digital culture, and market shiftsQualificationsSolid experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or a similar analytical roleExcellent research and analytical thinking - able to break down complex ideas clearlyStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate creative concepts into business frameworksA natural problem-solver with structured thinkingExperience in media, talent, advertising, or digital culture is a strong advantageComfortable operating in a hybrid structure and shifting between remote deep-work and in-office collaborationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
