Strategy and Transformation Manager

As a Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to support in the development of long-range business strategies, lead operational transformation projects, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance competitiveness, and deliver sustainable value across our organization.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop, refine, and drive execution of mid-to-long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives and regional expansion prioritiesLead and manage transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness, organizational agility, and business model innovationTranslate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmapsManage and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time deliverySupport C-suite and senior management in scenario planning, strategic reviews, and performance trackingIdentify performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful improvement initiativesAct as a transformation champion by embedding change management best practices and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycleOptimize resource and investment allocation across initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesAny other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business planning roles, ideally within a multinational or regional HQ contextStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendationsProven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiativesExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAgile, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic, matrixed environments*We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
