About the jobWe are seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Manager to join the Iberia team and drive strategic execution, operational excellence and data‑driven decision making across Spain and Portugal. This is a hands‑on, implementation‑focused role centered on process improvement, BI‑led reporting and customer experience optimization. The position reports directly to the CFO CDW Iberia.About the roleAs Strategy & Business Operations Manager you will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and build automated BI reporting to enable daily decision making. You will implement projects across the Iberian region with a primary focus on Spain, collaborate with Digital & Transformation, Finance, Sales and Operations, and convert customer and operational data into actionable insights that improve satisfaction, loyalty and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, standardize and embed commercial, operational and financial KPIs across BUs; ensure adoption in Monthly Business Reviews, dashboards and management reports.Design, build and automate Power BI dashboards and recurring databooks; ensure timely (daily where required) data refresh and distribution.Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence projects to remove bottlenecks, reduce waste and increase efficiency.Map customer journeys and translate customer data into retention and experience improvement initiatives.Partner with Digital & Transformation to introduce new tools (including AI) and support data governance and ETL processes.Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting and MBR preparation; contribute operational input to M&A or valuation work when needed.Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Operations to implement and monitor performance improvement plans.Your Profile3–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations or related roles; consulting background preferred.Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.Strong technical skills: Power BI (Power Query, DAX), ETL concepts, SQL; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Solid understanding of management control, basic accounting and customer/financial KPIs (LTV, CAC, churn).Hands‑on, self‑starter attitude with a structured, analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese desirable.Willingness to travel regularly across the Iberia region (Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona); occasional multi‑week trips possible.When based in Barcelona, ability to work in office at least 3 days/week when on site.What we offerA hands‑on, high‑impact role within a fast‑moving international environment.Opportunity to lead BI automation and transformation projects with direct exposure to senior leadership.Cross‑functional collaboration and professional growth across Iberia.Real ownership of reporting and operational initiatives that support business scale‑up.Location: BarcelonaJob Type: Full‑timeTo apply for this position, we invite all interested candidates of any gender (L.903/77) to send their CV via email, specifying their consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679) and referencing the job posting.Sadhu thanks in advance all applicants and will contact candidates deemed suitable within 15 days of receipt.
