Core Responsibilities:Efficiently manage, route, and prioritize Salesforce tickets within SLAsTroubleshoot system and issuesPerform daily activities to maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)Consult with training administrators and users on LMS functionalityMaintain system & governance standardsLMS reporting and analyticsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree completed.Availability to travel may be required.English proficiency required.Minimum 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a preference for Workday LearningProficient in ticket and case management, with a preference for SalesforceDemonstrates strong consulting skillsExceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsSkilled in LMS reporting and data analysisRequired Skills:Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organizationSuperior attention to detail and qualityDedication, willingness, and flexibility to meet tight and/or changing deadlinesInquisitiveness and desire to learn new things to grow with company needsOutstanding organizational and time-management skillsPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work within schedules
