As a consulting manager working with SAP Capability team, you shall be responsible for the overall management of SAP solutions in the project. You will be expected to drive and oversee client workshops to understand their business requirements and develop as well as advice consultants in solutioning to achieve requirements. You will be working as a thought leader in driving client conversations, lead POV development, business development activities with an intent to grow the practice engagement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage teams of analysts and consultantsInitiate, plan, and execute SAP projectsEnsure that SAP solutions are aligned with business needsKeep up-to-date on the latest SAP releases and developmentsConduct performance reviews for the team membersSupport recruitment activities and other COE initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration12+ years of experience in SAP implementation (at least 3) and support projectsAdvanced EnglishAvailability to travel may be required.Desired Skills:Experience in the oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other related asset-intensive industriesSAP S/4HANA EAM certification is a plusCertified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management is a plusExperience with change management
