Project Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master or Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving Salesforce implementations and enhancements that support provider operations, provider portals, member portals, broker portals and other Healthcare WorkflowsMust have :  Health industry Experience; Business Analysis or Scrum Master Good to have: Salesforce certified or Scrum Master Certification Years of Experience: 5-9 years(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required) Roles & Responsibilities: -Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, support team in agile scrum principles, and build a smooth line of communication between Product owner and the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, implementation) to gather requirements, investigate issues, and implement solutions. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards. Participate in requirement gathering, scoping, implementation, testing, training and validation activities, ensuring system integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Document configuration changes, workflows, and support processes for knowledge management. Provide mentoring and training to junior analysts and team members. Actively contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and health industry compliance standards Required QualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in Agile environments for at least 1 Salesforce Implementation Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications (e.g., Admin, Health Cloud, BA, Scrum Master) are a plus. Education: 15 years of full-time education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent required). Preferred SkillsExperience with Digital Front Door, CRM, Contact Center, or Q2C solutions in healthcare. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure Devops Ability to work with distributed teams across geographies.
