Job Responsibilities:Program Management - lead and manage projects across multiple geographies and functional areas with complete ownership towards delivering outcomes promised to the clientSolution Development – distill key client needs and build cross-functional solutions across digital marketing areas to deliver business outcomes to the clientDevelop and implement specific digital transformation solutions included but not limited to change management, operating models etc. to drive value led work for clients.Activate digital marketing strategy - Understand broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scopeResponsible for developing global digital and multi-channel marketing strategy for Accenture clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.Partner with clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues intersecting business, digital technology & operations.Lead business development activities and grow existing client relationships by nurturing and identifying new business opportunitiesOriginate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our clients across our digital services, including digital strategy, content management, campaign management, multi-channel analytics, user experience, and e-commerceCollaborate with account teams to establish relationships with the key client stakeholders who are responsible for digital initiatives and also play the role of a trusted advisorLead strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships at Country or client levelInfluence senior leadership within large, complex global organizations through their depth of expertise, helping to close sales and delivering highly impactful client outcomesDevelop requirements to ensure that digital marketing vision and recommendation translate to (and leverage) Accenture Song assets, products and servicesSkill Requirements:Hands-on practical experience working as a Digital Marketing Practitioner in some of the following areas for example: Data & Analytics, AdWords, Email Marketing, Salesforce, Media Planning, Campaign Strategy, MarTech, CRM etc.Experience with defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital marketing and development best practices to support strategy recommendationsA Master’s degree (pref. in quantitative/technical streams or business management)10-15 yrs of experience in digital commerce, digital sales or offline sales & marketingBackground in managing channel sales (digital preferred), channel marketing and/or promotion and campaign planning for sales & marketingStrong with numbers and dataNeeds to be proficient with MS Excel or similar data processing toolsAbility to handle client discussions and relationships with a high degree of independence and manage client expectations on a day-to-day basis. The role would involve significant level of direct client connects, so the person is expected to have a good command on English and generally high degree of confidence managing interpersonal engagementsHighly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
