Job Title: Strategy Intern Location: Singapore Employment Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time) Department: Strategy / Corporate Development / Business OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support strategic planning, market research, and business performance analysis. This internship provides hands-on exposure to strategy development, corporate initiatives, and cross-functional projects, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in consulting, corporate strategy, or business development.You will work closely with senior leaders and teams across functions to gain real-world experience in strategy formulation and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & AnalysisConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.Analyse business performance metrics, financial data, and operational KPIs.Prepare structured research reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.Strategic Planning SupportAssist in developing business strategies, growth plans, and corporate initiatives.Support preparation of presentations, business cases, and management reports.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for strategic initiatives.Project & Operational SupportSupport cross-functional strategic projects in areas such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.Track project timelines, consolidate inputs, and maintain documentation.Assist in workflow mapping and process improvement initiatives.Ad-hoc Analysis & ReportingPrepare executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and business planning.Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations.RequirementsEducationCurrent undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.Strong academic performance is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperiencePrior internship or project experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, or business roles is a plus.What You Will GainHands-on exposure to real strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Skills in research, data analysis, business strategy, and presentation.Strong foundation for careers in consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis.
