Job Description
Position ObjectiveThis position is overall responsible for China strategy and cross-BU marketing activities including digital marketing, leads generation, marketing intelligence, strategy development and execution, pricing management and E-commerce. He/ She will develop China strategy together with BU and function leaders and formulate China growth strategy initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesChina market study and China strategy development: as China strategy development owner, work with local BU teams to develop China strategic plans and drive implementation; covering market intelligence, win segment development, commercial initiative development, NPD & local innovation pipeline management, strategic sourcing & operation optimization.Marketing Campaign and Leads Management: establish China growth marketing to improve marketing funnel contribution through full range of leads generation. Working together with local BU teams on marketing campaign planning and implementation, to support GTM & commercial growth initiatives. Covering: demand generation improvement, marketing visibility, ATL/BTL marketing campaign and digital marketing.Pricing strategy: collaborate with China BU leaders to develop and execute pricing strategy to support the business growth; developed and maintain China Price tools to support Price improvement. E-commerce: develop China E-commerce differential strategy, drive E-commerce business aggressive growth through both direct-sales and 3rd party platforms. Team & People management: Develop and lead an efficient China central marketing team culture, as business partners of cross BU teams. Keep the marketing team as a highly engaged group with strong self-drivers. CMO team member: As part of Pall global central marketing, sync with global marketing strategy and initiatives. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business, MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years’ working experience, including leadership role in the field of marketing, sales or business development. B2B marketing background is a must.Delivering results, rigor in execution, sufficient organizational agility to quickly adapt to change and redirect resources effectively and appropriately.Strategic thinking, with strong assessment and analytical skills.Effectively drive changes by engaging others and getting buy-in through influence.Proficient in both English and Mandarin in oral and writing.Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive (with “can do” attitude)Join our winning team today.
