Strong-Middle Automation QA Engineer

Project overview:Our client is the fastest-growing global tobacco manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.Intellias' mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and PlaywrightProven background in end-to-end test automationBasic knowledge of Accessibility Testing (awareness of WCAG standards is sufficient at this stage) 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (Playwright)Good experience in writing automated tests (JS, TypeScript)Experience with implementing test metrics and overall project health check monitoringExperience with different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development StrategiesExperience with creating and implementing test artifacts (test plan, test strategy etc.)Experience in building/integrating REST services and an excellent understanding of the HTTP stackGood understanding of web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS)Good knowledge of SDLC, strong knowledge of working with git-based versioning systems and integrating them into CI/CD pipelinesProficiency in communicating over a text-based medium (MS Teams, Jira/Confluence, Email) and ability to concisely document technical detailsBeing autonomous, proactiveHighly motivated with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills in EnglishExperience in working in SCRUM teamResponsibilities:Collaborate with team members to identify testing needs and prioritize themContribute to the development of a Test Automation Framework and infrastructure for automated testingDevelop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and reliabilityAnalyze test results and provide regular test reportsDebug and troubleshoot issues that arise during testingParticipate in continuous improvements, including platform tooling and processes, implementing best practices, and bringing on innovations
