From strategy to outcome, we provide guidance and in-house architectural, structural, interior, electrical, and plumbing design services for commercial, industrial, residential.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer/Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis, design, and engineering calculations for a variety of building projects including commercial, residential, and industrial structures. This role requires strong technical expertise in structural systems and proficiency with industry-standard analysis software.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and wood structuresDevelop engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentationUtilize structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA3D, RAM, or similar) to model and analyze complex structural systemsCreate and review structural drawings and specifications using CAD softwareEnsure all designs comply with applicable U.S. Building Codes and industry standardsCollaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplinesReview shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction phasesConduct site visits and inspections as neededParticipate in quality control reviews and design optimizationMentor junior engineers and drafters as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related fieldExperience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and designTechnical Skills:Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA3D, RAM, or equivalent)Strong CAD drafting skills (AutoCAD or similar)Solid understanding of structural analysis principles and methodologiesExperience designing steel, concrete, and wood structural systemsKnowledge: Working knowledge of U.S. Building Codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.)Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProfessional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificationExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit StructureFamiliarity with seismic and wind load analysisExperience with renovation and retrofit projectsKnowledge of sustainable design practicesWork Schedule (Night shift)Monday to Friday (10PM-7AM; Manila Time)Work Setup (WFH)Permanent HomebasedEquipment will be provided by OutsourcedHired staff is required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
