Structural Engineer

We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with a strong background in design, analysis, and technical development to contribute to reviewing and optimizing structural designs for construction and landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in design studies, data analysis, master planning, conceptual design, technical detailing, and construction documentation. This position requires a professional who can combine technical precision with creative problem-solving to deliver safe, cost-effective, and efficient structural solutions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review structural design concepts, technical studies, and design reports for landscape and construction projects.Conduct data analysis, load calculations, and feasibility assessments to ensure design integrity and compliance.Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated master plans and technical designs.Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with project standards and UAE regulations.Evaluate existing structures and recommend appropriate strengthening or modification solutions.Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.Conduct quality assurance reviews on design deliverables, ensuring compliance with international codes and company standards.Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize materials, cost, and design efficiency.Stay current with advancements in materials, construction technology, and sustainability practices.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for construction and/or landscape projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE design codes, standards, and authority submission requirements.Demonstrated experience in concept design, master planning, and technical design documentation.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to engineering excellence.Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
