The role also involves reviewing construction drawings, interpreting technical designs, coordinating with project stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Qualifications Proficiency in Structural Inspection, Building Standards, and Compliance AnalysisExperience with Drawing Review, Technical Design Analysis, and Construction Document PreparationStrong understanding of Safety Regulations and Construction Industry CodesExcellent Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving SkillsEffective Communication and Report Writing SkillsAbility to coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractorsRelevant certifications or licenses in structural engineering or inspection are a plusBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
