Structured Finance Manager (VP level) - AI Data Centres

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure startup, backed by early institutional investors. The company is developing large-scale, AI-ready data centers across multiple Asian markets and is building out its senior leadership team to support rapid regional expansion.This pivotal role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex financing solutions to fund multi-billion-dollar data center projects and hardware acquisitions. You’ll work closely with banks, investors, and hardware vendors to design innovative capital structures, including debt, equity, and asset-backed financing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute project and asset-backed financing structures for large-scale data center developments.Partner with hardware vendors and lenders to unlock innovative funding models for AI-related infrastructure.Lead end-to-end financing execution - from origination and modeling to negotiation and closing.Support ongoing equity and debt fundraising initiatives for rapid scaling.Prepare investor and board materials on capital structure and funding strategies.The Ideal Candidate:10+ years in structured finance, project finance, or investments in high growth, asset heavy sectors (data centers, renewables, telco, logistics, industrial tech).Proven track record of raising and closing large-scale financings, ideally across multiple markets.Strong experience engaging banks, investors, and vendors at senior levels.Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, with autonomy to drive execution.Has “walked the walk” - not just advised, but executed complex financings in-house.Why This Role:Shape the capital strategy of one of Asia’s most ambitious AI infrastructure platforms.Work on cutting-edge, AI-driven data center projects with cross-border exposure.Join a well-funded, early-stage company where your work has real impact and global scale potential.If you have experience structuring and closing complex financings for infrastructure or large-scale tech assets and want to be part of Asia’s emerging AI infrastructure story, we’d love to hear from you.
