Assist Administrative Specialist in tagging and scanning inventory items to complete the annual inventory. Provide office coverage during lunch hours. Assist in receiving Plant Disease Clinic samples. Assist with lodging arrangements for guest speakers and students. Receives and sends email and packages. Assist in moving vehicles during home games and vehicle maintenance when necessary. Provide administrative support to the Academic Professional Associate such as organizing teaching and outreach materials and assisting with departmental social media. Provide clerical support to the Plant Pathology Business Support Leader and Senior Accountant as needed.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Physical DemandsDriving as needed to perform job duties.Is this a Position of Trust?
