We specialize in admission services for destinations including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Denmark, Hungary, Malta, Malaysia, Cyprus, and more.Our comprehensive services include:Career counseling & academic guidanceUniversity and course selectionScholarship and visa processingTravel arrangementsPre- and post-departure supportOur mission is to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of every student, ensuring a smooth and successful international education journey.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Student Counselor (Europe & Australia Focus).The Student Counselor will:Provide academic and career counseling to students.Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and destinations.Assist in application, admission, and visa processes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations for European and Australian institutions.Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students and parents.Work toward achieving monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).Earn commissions or performance bonuses upon successful KPI fulfillment.QualificationsProven experience in Student Counseling or Career Guidance, preferably in the international education sector.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent customer service orientation with empathy and patience.Good knowledge of education systems, visa procedures, and university admission processes in Europe and Australia.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits & SalaryMonthly Salary: Negotiable.
