We are now seeking a Senior Student Counsellor (Australia & NZ) for our Dhaka office to provide expert advice and end-to-end support to students aiming to study in the United Kingdom.✏️ Key Responsibilities:· Deliver personalized counselling to students, helping them explore Australia & NewZealand study opportunities and select the most suitable courses and universities.· Provide step-by-step guidance throughout the application, admission, and visa process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.· Keep up to date with Australia & NZ university policies, scholarships, and immigration regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice.· Conduct student consultations, workshops, information sessions, and outreach programs to support student engagement.· Build and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and institutional partners.· Mentor and support junior counsellors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team effectiveness.· Monitor and manage student applications to guarantee smooth processing and maximize conversion rates.· Contribute actively to achieving enrolment targets and overall organizational growth.✅ Requirements· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Counseling, or a related field.· Minimum 2–3 years of counseling experience, with a strong focus on Australia & NZ higher education.· Proven knowledge of UK universities, admission procedures, and visa requirements.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English.· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.· Leadership skills and prior experience mentoring a team are highly desirable.✅ Preferred Attributes· IELTS or other recognized English proficiency certifications.· Graduates from the UK or with international education experience.⭐ What We Offer· Creative freedom and a collaborative team· Competitive Salary· Opportunities to grow within the company· Two Festival Bonus📩 How to ApplySend your resume, portfolio, and a short intro to hello@igeducation.com and CC admin@igeducation.com with the Subject line: “Graphic Designer & Video Editor Application – [Your Name]”
