Trainer

Phulki is a local NGO working with under privileged women and children. Phulki started 34 years ago with a vision to develop the socioeconomic conditions of disadvantaged people particularly woman and children. We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of trainer. We highly encourage freshers to join our team. The job description is as follows:Assist in the design and development of training materials and programs to meet organizational needs.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, delivering content in an engaging and interactive manner.Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.Provide administrative support related to training logistics and documentation.Required Qualifications·        Bachelor's degree in a related field.·        ECD degree or certificate course in ECD will be given preference.·        Freshers are encouraged to apply.·        Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.·        Proficiency in using technology to deliver training.Interested candidates are requested to send their resume at phulkicareer@gmail.com by November 18, 2025
