As we expand, we’re looking for dynamic professionals to join our team of passionate counselors who help students shape their future with confidence.🎯 Role Overview We’re seeking experienced and result-oriented Student Recruitment Counselors who are passionate about education and skilled at student engagement, marketing, and admissions. This role requires both counseling and promotional skills — ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, achieving targets, and working in a fast-paced environment.💼 Key Responsibilities·      Advise students and parents on international study options, entry requirements, and visa processes.·      Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and supportive manner.·      Handle the full student application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.·      Conduct school visits, participate in fairs, and assist with student recruitment events.·      Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutional partners.·      Track leads, follow up regularly, and achieve monthly recruitment targets.✅ Candidate Profile·      Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling, recruitment, or education marketing (mandatory).·      Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil (Tamil essential).·      Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).·      Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.·      Highly motivated, results-driven, and confident in handling multiple inquiries.·      Willingness to work weekends (with rostered days off) and attend marketing events.·      Based in or able to commute to Nugegoda.🕒 Working Hours & Benefits·      Monday to Sunday (rostered days off): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM·      3-month paid probation with comprehensive training.·      7 days off per month (including weekends).·      Salary: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & performance) + high incentives.·      Friendly, supportive, and professional work environment.·      Opportunities for career growth within the company.📩 How to Apply If you’re driven, ambitious, and ready to help students achieve their international education dreams, we’d love to hear from you!👉 Email your CV to sabeetha@apexstudylink.com 👉 Use subject line: Application for Student Counselor – Apex Study Link – Nugegoda 👉 Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
