You will engage prospective students across multiple channels, provide clear and accurate information about programme offerings, and contribute to growing student numbers through effective consultative sales practices. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales experience who is motivated by helping learners progress in their careers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport prospective students by guiding them through each stage of the application and enrolment processEngage with leads through phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategyUse CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipelineDeliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional, and supportive communicationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learnersClearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme optionsContribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and effective consultative sellingMaintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across CRM platformsParticipate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectivenessEncourage student referrals to support overall enrolment growthRequirementsDemonstrated sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments with a minimum of three years in a dedicated sales roleProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsStrong communication skills across phone, video, and written channelsExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data recordsAbility to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experienceResilience, persistence, and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountabilityBenefitsCollaborative, people-centred performance cultureOpportunities to grow in a fast-paced environmentAccess to ongoing development and role-specific trainingOur Recruitment ProcessThe peopleworth Employer Group follows a fair, transparent, and multi-stage recruitment process designed to ensure mutual fit.
