We work with our clients to develop the business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals, because we only succeed when our clients do.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and support to a region of on-site team membersConduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated regionConsult and mentor on-site managers to analyze specific opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomesWork diligently with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgetsMonitor budget controlComplete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are metMonitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market positionRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of progressive experience in the Multifamily IndustryBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredTravel requiredWhy People Love Working HerePeople are at the heart of what we do every day.
