The primary purpose ofthis position is to provide support to the Assistant VicePresident/Senior Associate Dean of Students, Assistant Deans andAssistant Directors in Student Support & Accountability as well as thedepartments who serve directly under the office. The Student SupportCoordinator will also act as a first line of contact with the studentsand families our office serves. On-site 5 days per weekAll employees must reside in the United States when they begin workingto comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybridwork opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.****What You\'ll Need to Succeed****Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree 1 year of relevant experience This position may use an educational equivalency as determinedrelevant by a hiring managerPreferred Qualifications Master\'s degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience Demonstrate the ability to accurately ascertain the seriousness ofan emergency/crisis situation and to project a calm demeanor incrisis situations. Computer skills and good working knowledge of word processingsoftware including Microsoft Office programs; good working knowledgeof secretarial practices and procedures.
