The Student Support Officer will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students, addressing their academic and personal concerns, and ensuring their overall well-being. Daily tasks include supporting students in navigating university policies, providing technical support, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between students and faculty. Additionally, the Student Support Officer will conduct workshops and orientation sessions to assist students in their academic journey. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skillsAnalytical Skills and Technical Support skillsExperience in Customer ServiceAbility to work effectively in a diverse environmentExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldExperience in educational institutions or student services is a plus
