This person ensures that every project, process, and interaction runs smoothly, thereby allowing our design and leadership teams to focus on creativity, client service, and impact.This is a senior-level position for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and service. The ideal candidate balances analytical thinking with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, partners, and the internal team alike.This role calls for someone who loves organization, thrives under pressure, and isn’t intimidated by high standards. If you’re resourceful, unflappable, and love the satisfaction of seeing things run like clockwork, you’ll feel right at home here.Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging client inquiries, proposals, and onboarding.Overseeing studio operations, scheduling, and vendor coordination.Tracking budgets, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects.Handling procurement from quotes and order to installations.Supporting Joy Street Initiative with project logistics and reporting.Maintaining studio systems, databases, and reports using tools like Airtable and QuickBooks.Collaborating with the CEO to ensure both organizations operate efficiently and effectively.This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be local and available for in-person collaboration several days a week, with occasional local travel to client sites and installations.
