We host photoshoots, pop-ups, small events, and community experiences. As our founder prepares to move abroad, we're looking for someone local and passionate to help lead the studio through its next chapter. The RoleWe’re seeking a self-motivated, organized, and creative-minded Operations Manager to handle day-to-day studio operations, assist with bookings, and help grow the business.
You’ll work independently with flexible hours and direct access to the founder (who will support you remotely). ResponsibilitiesOversee studio bookings and schedulingManage opening/closing proceduresCoordinate cleaning and maintenanceRespond to client inquiries via email or DMSupport marketing efforts (social content, local outreach, events)Weekly virtual check-in with the founderHelp organize occasional events or shootsCompensation StructureCommission-Based Pay: Earn 30% of all monthly revenue exceeding $2,000(Example: If CAS brings in $2,800 → you earn $160)Performance Bonuses are negotiableProfit Share (after 6 months): Eligible for 2% annual profit sharePerks: Use the studio for free for your own creative projects or small events (with prior scheduling)You Are:
