Job DescriptionOversee daily studio activities, ensuring smooth coordination across swim lanes (e.g., branding, interiors, digital content).Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules.Implement systems for tracking deliverables, revisions, and approvals across departments.Collaborate with designers, architects, and content teams to ensure creative outputs meet brand standards.Review and refine design concepts, ensuring consistency across locations and mediums.Maintain high-quality execution of visual assets, signage, and branded environments.Liaise with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align swim lane outputs with business goals.Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.Facilitate feedback loops between creative teams and stakeholders.Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline studio workflows.Introduce tools and systems that enhance collaboration and efficiency.Stay updated on design trends, especially those relevant to African and Middle Eastern markets.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in studio or creative operations, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.Strong understanding of swim lane methodology and creative production pipelines.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience working in multicultural teams or across regional markets is a plus.
