About Your RoleBe responsible for all activities Credit control & Collection To responsible Month-end closing processWhat You'll DoPerform AR process for Collection & AR settlementIssue D/N or C/N for trade promotion, price diff or extraordinary chargeGenerate and control billing documents, WHT and receipt to the customer and send accurate customer invoices in a timely mannerMonitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue paymentsReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly postedMaintain and monitor accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions as related to general ledger to ensure validity and accuracyInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputesPrepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging by weeklyPrepare Cash in flow to support TreasuryCollaborate with the sales team, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to resolve client issuesAssist with month-end / quarter-end journal entries related to AR accounting area closing and audit processesEnsure compliance with financial policies and procedureWhat You need to be successfulProven experience (3+ years) in accounts receivable or general accountingProficiency in accounting software (e.
