Job Description

Job Summary: To support CEO & CFO on strategic transformational initiatives which enable business to evolve and meet demands of a rapidly changing industry. This role will partner with external consultants and cross-functional teams to define vision, enhance applications and streamline processes. Being a change agent and innovator, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. He/she will lead a wide range of transformation initiatives aligning with business strategy as well as interact with management and contribute to the organization’s strategic direction. Job responsibilities:

Lead and support cross functional teams to lead organizational transformation projects, share best practices related to process transformation including but not limited to project simplification, automation, and standardization. Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results. Design change strategy and assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness.

Conducting thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvementsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT and Finance functions to understand root causes to issues and implement process changesProactively develop and recommend solutions to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Work with external consultant to define and streamline processes. Collaborate with IT teams to provide input on technical solutions and support end-to-end solution delivery. Build out and execute against action plans in partnership with cross functional stakeholders – drive initiatives through to completion and end results.

Recommend and implement appropriate communication and behavioral change solutions, and measure effectiveness to enhance organization performance. Translate and communicate broader strategy into a convincing team vision and goals, in order to align the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives. Apply deep knowledge of trends and activity to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to management team. Skill and Experience:

Degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field, MBA in Finance is desirable8 years of management consulting and finance experience (Consulting firm or FMCG industry experience preferred)Experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices will be preferredExperience leading business model design and implementationExtensive experience in leading projects, project management and root cause analysisExperience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settingsExceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skillsFluency in English language is a must
