Job DescriptionJob description:Superintendent – Post-Tensioning Concrete (PTI Certified)Location: Nationwide Travel RequiredIndustry: Construction / Concrete RestorationJob Type: Full-Time | Leadership RoleJoin a Leading Restoration TeamWe are actively seeking a Post-Tensioning Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee specialized repair work across a range of structural restoration projects. This is a leadership position that requires extensive travel and the ability to supervise, support, and train field technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage on-site crews performing post-tensioned concrete repair and restoration.Ensure adherence to all PTI (Post-Tensioning Institute) repair protocols and safety standards.Interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications.Serve as the point of contact between field technicians and project management.Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues in real time.Travel frequently to job sites across multiple regions.RequirementsPTI Certification is required.Proven experience with post-tensioned concrete systems and repair techniques.Prior leadership or superintendent-level experience in the construction or restoration industry.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel regularly to various job sites (typically Monday–Friday travel).Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experiencePer diem and travel accommodationsMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchOpportunities for advancement within a growing companyAbout UsWe are a national leader in building envelope and structural restoration, specializing in complex concrete repairs, waterproofing, and post-tensioning systems.
