Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage the critical path scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring the timely completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial construction, specifically with ground-up new builds, and will be responsible for maintaining quality control, addressing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with local township requirements.ResponsibilitiesSchedule 20+ subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.Ensure subcontractors execute and comply with their scope of work and correct deficiencies identified by the project team.Lead required subcontractor meetings and preconstruction meetings to coordinate the work.Perform quality control checks regarding the work performed.Identify conflicts and issues in the construction process and communicate them to the project team for resolution.Communicate with the project team regarding issues, material submittals, and requests for information (RFI).Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site through daily reporting software.Work to meet local township requirements.Maintain a clean and organized job site.Ensure all subcontractors adhere to OSHA and Speedwell Safety Standards.Essential SkillsExperience in construction and project management.3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.Experience with ground-up new builds, including footers.Proficiency in safety standards and using Procore software.Experience as a general contractor.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with change orders.Experience with two-week look-aheads.Experience managing subcontractors.Previous experience with hotel projects.Work EnvironmentThe position requires working at the job site, managing operations from a field trailer. The role involves overseeing various types of projects, including gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and hotels. The work environment is dynamic, reflecting the company's substantial growth and diversity in project types.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Manheim, PA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.30/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
