Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and prioritize the business needs, scope of work, and requirementsWrite clear and comprehensive, internal and external documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user storiesEffectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross-functional team members, management, and other stakeholdersMonitor project status by performing a daily follow-up with the teams, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actionsConduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsEvaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutionsFacilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverablesCreate training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, or solutionsRequirementsThe ability to understand problems and find solutionsThe ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management, as well as conduct stakeholder meetingsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExperience in creating detailed reports and giving presentationsUnderstanding of project management techniquesExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced technical skillsExcellent documentation skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsKey Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer ScienceMinimum two years of experience in business analysis or a related field
