The Supervisor - Fireproofing & Insulation will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fireproofing and insulation tasks, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, monitoring material usage, adhering to budgets and schedules, inspecting completed work for quality assurance, and maintaining communication with project managers and clients.QualificationsMinimum Diploma or Equivalent in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Safety.Professional Certifications (Preferred):Fireproofing certification (e.g., CFPS, UL Fireproofing Training, or equivalent)Insulation-related certifications (e.g., NIA Insulation Certification)Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other HSE-related credentialsExperience in supervising fireproofing and insulation projects, including knowledge of fireproofing systems, insulation materials, and installation techniquesLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team effectivelyUnderstanding of safety regulations, quality assurance processes, and compliance standards in construction and offshore industriesProject coordination and time management skills, including the ability to adhere to deadlines and manage budgetsStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interface with diverse teams and clientsTechnical knowledge related to marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry operations is an advantageMinimum diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field; certifications in fireproofing or insulation are preferredFlexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment in Doha, Qatar
