Supervisor Warehouse (Bali)

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory practices.Demonstrated leadership, team management, and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Job Description:Supervise receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound goods.Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders.Ensure proper storage, organization, and system entry of stock.Monitor inventory levels, update stock data, and investigate discrepancies.Coordinate with suppliers and clients on delivery schedules and quality standards.Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs.Supervise order picking, packing, and labeling to meet SLA standards.Oversee shipping preparation and coordinate timely delivery with logistics.Monitor loading processes to ensure secure and efficient space usage.Track performance metrics (accuracy, SLA compliance, speed) and resolve operational issues.Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff, managing schedules and task assignments.
