Supplier Development Quality Engineer-Medical DeviceLocation: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite )Contract: 12-Month Contract on W2Requirements:BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)3–6 years experience + 1+ year in Supplier QualityLocal or quick relocationKey Responsibilities:Evaluate and qualify new suppliers for quality and manufacturing capability.Drive supplier corrective actions, resolve defects, and support continuous improvement.Create and maintain incoming inspection procedures; train inspectors.Support component specs, test plans, and qualification reports.Partner with design engineering on manufacturability and component quality.Investigate supplier-related defects and field failures; implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with corporate quality systems and lead/mentor when needed.
