Job Description

A leading digital bank is seeking a Strategic Procurement Analyst to support the continued evolution of its sourcing and procurement function. Reporting directly to the Head of SCM, this role will play a key part in strengthening governance, enhancing third-party risk management, and supporting the transformation of SCM into a strategic centre of excellence. This opportunity is ideal for a driven early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a regulated financial institution. Key Responsibilities: Support the identification and implementation of process and policy improvement initiatives to enhance due diligence standards and operational efficiency. Contribute to the transformation of the SCM function into a more strategic partner to the business by helping build sourcing pipelines and identifying synergies across spend categories. Leverage spend analytics to uncover optimization opportunities and deliver value to the Bank. Partner with Contract Owners to monitor and track periodic third-party risk assessments, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting in line with internal policies. Maintain and manage procurement repositories (e.g., contracts, risk artefacts, documentation) to ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness. Support retrieval and management of Group contracts within procurement systems such as Ariba. Lead end-to-end execution of low-value procurement activities in accordance with internal governance standards. Provide operational support including: Purchase Order and invoice query handling Vendor registration and onboarding (via Ariba) Updating vendor records and profiles Monthly reporting preparation Coordination of vendor meetings Role Requirements: University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related disciplines. 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial services preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome. Strong analytical, project coordination, and presentation skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across diverse cultures, professional backgrounds, and stakeholder groups. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to governance, compliance, and data integrity.
