Job Description

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for managing the service and inventory of raw materials across a global network of production facilities, ensuring optimal stock levels and consistent delivery performance.The Supply Chain Analyst will generate, analyze, and report on KPIs, setting ordering parameters to optimize supply, and providing data-driven insights to support the Supply Chain Manager, while monitoring exception reports, addressing service risks, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving overall supply chain performance, efficiency, and reliability across the organization’s global operations.Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating deliveries across multiple regions including the US, Canada, and Europe, while regularly analyzing the MRP system to proactively manage supply levels and reconcile vendor annual quantity contracts in accordance with established protocols.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2 to 5 years’ relevant work experience in a similar supply chain role with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels. Prior experience in a multi-jurisdictional role within the food, drink or similar industry is preferred. Experience dealing with overseas vendors is essential. Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential. SAP experience is highly desired.
