Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Cremorne, VIC, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. As the Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee daily supply chain operations, coordinate logistics and inventory, ensure timely order fulfillment, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold efficiency. You'll also play a crucial role in administrative support, performance reporting, and enhancing customer service processes to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence QualificationStrong analytical skills for managing supply chain performance and making data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, team members, and customersExperience in operations management and inventory logisticsCustomer service expertise and the ability to maintain positive client relationshipsProficiency in administrative assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting tasksProactive problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with supply chain management software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
