This role will focus on sourcing materials and factories, managing international imports into South Korea, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality seasonal apparel lines on time and within budget. The manager will also lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence across planning, logistics, and customer operations.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Source materials and factories to manufacture sports licensed apparel, ensuring quality, competitive cost, and timely production.Place and track orders with factories, partners, and subsidiaries, maintaining clear communication and delivery schedules.Collaborate with MDs and designers to develop and produce seasonal apparel lines aligned with brand and market needs.Lead supply chain planning and reporting accuracy, resolving issues and driving performance improvements.Manage international imports of goods into South Korea from overseas factories.Oversee handover of shipments to local operations, ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness.Oversee forecasting, vendor relations, and production scheduling for both local and offshore apparel vendorsSupervise sales order management, ERP system accuracy, and coordination with logistics and 3PL warehouses.Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across customer operations, planning, and production.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:Proven experience in sourcing materials, negotiating cost, and managing apparel production, especially with licensed products. Strong knowledge of international logistics and import operations, particularly into South Korea.Skilled in placing and managing orders across factories, partners, and subsidiaries.Experience collaborating with merchandising and design teams to develop seasonal apparel lines.Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory, order tracking, and production data accuracy.Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Proficient in forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor relationship management.Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.Fluency in Korean and English preferred, with ability to navigate global business environments.At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
