Job Description

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our team across Carole Park and Larapinta. This role will oversee site procurement, production & scheduling, logistics, and inventory management to ensure materials and packaging are available to meet customer demand while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the supply chain.What you’ll doSupply Chain LeadershipLead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team across site procurement, production scheduling and logistics functions.Drive operational excellence through accurate forecasting, effective planning and scheduling inventory management, and supplier performance.Produce and present monthly Supply Chain KPI dashboards and ensure alignment with business goals.Planning & OperationsRun the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with key stakeholders.Align product availability with commercial and marketing plans to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, coordinating monthly and annual stock takes.Lead budgeting and control of end-to-end supply chain costs and financial performance.Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementManage supplier relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery performance.Conduct regular supplier reviews, performance assessments, and KPI tracking.Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfilment, demand planning, materials and packaging availability and new product development activities.Continuous Improvement & ComplianceIdentify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, including Rainforest Alliance & Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil certified sustainable sourcing and trade compliance.Champion a safety-first culture, supporting initiatives like Never Walk By and fostering a healthy, sustainable workplace.What you’ll bring10+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics leadership, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.Proven expertise in Sales &Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and logistics optimization.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and supplier performance.Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach to driving results.Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.Why join KinriseWhen you join Kinrise, you become part of a growing powerhouse in Australian food manufacturing.
