Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading industrial manufacturing firm in their search for a Mechanical Systems & Facility Development Engineer based in the Philippines.Salary Range: ₱100,000 - ₱120,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Taguig CityYour ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement the overall supply chain strategy. Collaborate with Sales and other team members in the supply chain including but not limited to Warehouse, Logistics, and Importation. Determine key supply chain KPIs and align with subordinates. Suggest solutions for process improvements and open for suggestions as needed. Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner to maintain effectiveness of the complete chain of responsibilities. Train and evaluate subordinates according to set KPIs. Provide positive and constructive feedback. Hands-on experience with supply chain management software such as Navision for smoother flow of processing of documentation. Work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, and Purchasing team to determine best vendors and distributors. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors. What We're Looking ForPrevious working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for minimum of 10 years Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management and organizational skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
