The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our entire supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products to our customers.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the end-to-end supply chain processManage inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan production schedulesOversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costsNegotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricingAnalyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsManage and mentor a team of supply chain professionalsEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and company policiesImplement and maintain supply chain management software systemsDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operationsIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuityQualificationsB.E (Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering) or related field; Master's degree preferred15+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fieldProficiency in supply chain management softwareStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecastingExpertise in inventory management, logistics, and transportation managementProven track record in supplier relationship management and contract negotiationExperience in managing cross-functional teams and projectsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain managementUnderstanding of global trade regulations and complianceAdditional Information Well verse in Supply Chain management/ inventory management. Have exposure in casting, electronics parts, machining commodity Worked in MNC culture with multi-site handling Lean production system
